My journey into fitness began back when I was an overweight 17 year old. I battled with weight issues most of my life and 12 years later, changed my overall lifestyle when I discovered that I had Type 2 diabetes. Sadly the disease runs in my family as well as high blood pressure and coronary heart issues. I knew it was time for me to change my game plan and get it together. Through diet and exercise, I was able to get my diabetes under control, while breaking my body down and slowly building it back up! My passion for fitness grew and I began to realize my true calling! I was inspired to help and serve others all while making a difference. After working hard and receiving my certification from NASM, I'm now on a mission to help others in need and get people to invest in their health, taking control of their lives, and striving to reach their goals! I also hold a Corrective Exercise, Exercise For Older Adults and TRX Certification. No matter your age or issues, let's work together to change your life to a more healthier and positive one!
